This building is 4 stories high, containing 119,000 sq.feet, made up of a public facility, a care facility, 54 independent living units, and a commercial section. After several years of research, and the fact that our climate has created a large leaky condo problem, costing people their life savings, I decided to use an ICF product for the wall systems and Quad-Deck for the floor systems.
