Quad-Lock Training Seminars

One-day training seminars provide Builders & Installers with basic Quad-Lock installation skills. They include an in-depth review of installation procedures, accessories, and technical requirements. Led by a Quad-Lock professional, we use an effective combination of video presentation, discussion, and hands-on activities to pre-qualify installer candidates and other participants (see Qualified Installer Program). Please express your interest or register directly with your local dealer (use links below) or fax the Attendance Form to them.

AIA Continuing Education for Architects

Program Title: Concrete Construction with Insulating Concrete Forms

Course Objective: A thorough introduction to concrete construction using Insulating Concrete Forms (ICF). It will address specification and design issues and the cost effectiveness of ICFs. Topics covered include unique features and benefits of solid wall ICFs; energy efficiency; sound reduction; disaster resistance; cost analysis; installation advantages; versatility and marketability. NAHB Courses

The NAHB now conducts courses entitled "Building with Insulating Concrete Forms". If you're not familiar with Insulating Concrete Forms (ICFs), this course is an excellent introduction. ICFs are a popular and fast-growing new method of constructing high-performance exterior walls for a home. This full-day course covers the advantages and costs of ICF construction, the components and materials used, design and planning considerations, the logistics of ICF construction and important business and marketing considerations. Upon completion you'll have all the information you need to evaluate and start using ICFs.
